To properly disseminate ABA and its ever evolving nature. We aim to do this by providing compassionate, trauma-informed, and learner-led services. This will be achieved by acknowledging our learners’ behaviors as a form of communication indicating consent/assent to implemented strategies and encouraging continuous parental involvement, and feedback to goal setting and its future success. We take pride in ensuring that, not only Montreal, but its greater surrounding areas can receive support as we believe radius should not determine support and service access.
Our team is comprised of certified behavior analysts recognised by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), master-level graduates in ABA, certificants in process, and registered behavior technicians (RBT).
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a natural science that uses principles of behavior to improve specific behaviors and teach new skills. This is done through a compassionate, trauma-informed, and learner-led approach that fosters independence and increases overall quality of life.
The treatment focuses on teaching communication, tolerance, and contextually appropriate behaviors (CABs) like sharing items, transitioning between tasks, and completing chores Success relies on repeated practice and unpredictable reinforcement. The main goal is to build trusting relationships and help children navigate the uncertainties and challenges of daily life effectively.
The priorities in this process are trust, dignity, and safety.
We conduct direct and indirect assessments. Results from these assessments help create a more comprehensive individualized program plan (IPP) used for skill building and behavior management. The IPP is thoroughly explain to families and signed consent is required prior to implementation.
Behavior analysts write learners' behavior and skill acquisition programs. These programs outline what skill/behavior is being worked on, why it is being worked on, and exactly how to teach the skill and behavior. Moreover, the type of data collection is stated to track the progress of the skill/behavior and a mastery criteria to let us know when the program has been mastered!
Our team works collaboratively with families, teachers, and other professionals to ensure that each student receives the support they need to succeed. We believe in a holistic approach that encompasses the expertise of all professionals.
Our work is not done when a learner can perform skills with our team. The most important part the is maintenance and generalization of the taught skills. We provide parent coaching to ensure that, not only our learners continue to success outside of sessions, but that parents have the necessary tools to keep the learning going, and feel confident and competent when services end.

Yes we do! We provide a person-centered approach by tailoring interventions to an individual's unique needs, preferences, and goals. We focus on understanding and addressing the specific behaviors, motivations, and values of the person. We ensure that the strategies used are meaningful and relevant to their life.
We provide services across the lifespan! Most of our learners are aged 2 years old - 17 years old.
We provide a social validity questionnaire every 3-6 months, based on the frequency of service hours, to ensure that the interventions remain relevant and acceptable to the individual and their support network.
Absolutely! If the school allows us in. Please check with your learner's school first.
Trauma-informed and compassionate care in ABA considers assent by prioritizing the individual's safety, comfort, and dignity, using empathetic communication, and ensuring that their preferences and consent are central to the intervention process. This includes regularly checking in with the learner to gauge their comfort level, adapting strategies to minimize stress/discomfort, and actively involving them in decision-making to ensure their ongoing assent and engagement.
The acceptance movement for neurodiversity is a a transformative step forward, celebrating the unique strengths and perspectives of individuals with diverse neurological profiles. By fostering inclusivity and understanding, it helps create a more equitable and supportive society for everyone.
